What We Offer
Clifton House itself dates back to the 19th Century and used to be part of a large estate. The house can accommodate up to 7 people.
Upon entering Clifton House, you are straight into a delightful breakfast room, providing a warm and comfortable place to relax. Added downstairs in 2007 is the modern shower room with washbasin and toilet.
A separate room leading off from the morning room contains the washing machine and tumble dryer, that are free to use for you during your stay. Moving through from the morning room is the kitchen and dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped and contains a fridge, microwave, electric oven and hob.
Downstairs there are two lounges, both with televisions. Within the first lounge there is an atrractive log-burning stove with the first basket of logs provided for you. The other lounge has an electric fire and a pull down double sofa bed, providing additional sleeping accommodation.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms, one double, one twin and one single. Each room has been decorated to a high standard, with comfy beds for a good nights sleep. There is also another bathroom upstairs with a shower over the bath, toilet and washbasin.
Outside there is a large garden, which, surrounded by a selection of seasonal fruit trees, has a brick BBQ and a wooden set of tables and chairs. You will also find a selection of garden games for the children and adults to enjoy. Your pets are welcome.
All facilities are included in the price including full central heating, towels, linen and duvets. The telephone within Clifton House can receive all calls and local outgoing calls.
Just down the road, within walking distance is Coton Oaks Farm Shop, Garage and Internet Café. Here you will find a selection of local produce and specialised goods, great for BBQ's.
There are plenty of places to enjoy a great meal or simply enjoy a drink with friends surrounding Clifton House. Two of the closest places to eat and drink are the 'Bull and Dog' on the road to Wem or the 'Horseshoes' in Tilstock. Slightly further away is 'The Olde Jack' in Calverhall.

Bookings are available from: Friday to Friday, long weekend breaks from Friday to Monday, or short mid-week breaks Monday to Friday.
